M42 Orion and Running Man Nebula OIII and RGB

Orion Nebula M42, M43 and Running Man Nebula NGC1977 captured with Nikon D7500, TLAPO80/480 f/6 : setting OIII filter ISO3200 25x60s and lights ISO800 31x60s.

Cameracontrol with DigiCamControl and stacking using APP. Final editing with CS4 and DeNoise AI.

Orion Nebula M42 in OIII

On Friday, february 12th, temperatures dropped to -7°C and due to wind It felt really cold. I set up my EQAZ6 with TLAPO80/480 f/6 and Nikon D7500.
My first object was Orion Nebula M42 with and without OIII filter. The images with OIII were succesfull but the lights without OIII failed due my "tree".

On board of Future Mars Mission in 2026

I'm on board of the future Mars Mission in 2026. As a Martian since October 2017 I was part of the Insight and Mars2020 missions. I'm not the only one but together with 4.729.947 of which 7084 from Belgium.

Mars2020 Perseverance Landing : I'm on Mars now

Together with 2.244.314 other people I watch the landing of Perseverance Live. 

So now I'm on Mars :)  as Perseverance landed on Mars around 22h local time. My boarding pass earlier last year.

Winter Halo

A 360' Winter Halo ariund the Sun.

Observation at -7°C

Temperatures dropped to -7°C and due to wind It felt really cold. I set up my EQAZ6 with TLAPO80/480 f/6 and Nikon D7500.

My first object was orion nebula M42 with and without OIII filter. The images with OIII were succesfull but the lights without OIII failed due "trees".

The horsehead and flame nebula was observed with and withoud H-alpha. The images with H-alpha were succesfull but only 30min lights were taken in stead of 60.
