According Belgium Royal Meteorological Institute, 2017 is one of most warm years since they start measuring (19 century).

Weather Summary December

The month December had more rain days then average and more rain fell then average. Temperatures were normal.  Only 7 air frost days were counted. This December is comparable with the one from 2014.
