Waking up this morning with 5cm snow resulting in a beautifull view of the garden.

Comet Lovejoy C/2014 Q2 in Taurus

Comet Lovejoy C/2014 Q2 is currently in constellation Taurus near star 5 Tauri (mag 4.1).
The comet is difficult to see with the naked eye and with a small telescoop it's seen as a blue colored blur.

Comet Lovejoy C/2014 Q2 at evening sky

Full moon today but was able to observe Comet Lovejoy C/2014 Q2.  Magnitude around 5.5 to 6.0
Color is bleu to green but could not observe the tail of the comet.

Sunspot 2253

Sunny day with temperature up to 6°C. Ideal day to observe the sun and some sunspots.
