Half Moon - Sharp Details using Celestron 70 with ASI224MC Camera
Open sky for about 10minutes. Enough time to set up my equipment again. Celestron 70 400mm with ASI224MC camera. The results are stacked using Autostakkert2! and edited using CS4. The result is beautifull and very sharp. Great!

Orion Nebula M42 using ASI224MC
The avi movies taken with the ASI224MC on my Dobson OrionXT12" are stacked using AutoStakkert2! and afterwards edited using CS4. The result using AutoStakkert2! is better then RegiStax6. And the result show colors which I did not expect. So more practise will be needed and awaiting cloudfree sky.

ASI224MC and M42
A month ago I received an astrocamera from a friend to test. The astrocamera is from ZWO type ASI224MC. This ASI224MC has a 1/3" sensor with 1.2Mega Pixels type IMX224 with Sony Exmor and NIR technology; extremely low read noise and very sensitive, especially in IR.
I use FireCapture as the software controlling the camera.
My first images are the Orion Nebula using my non guided Dobson OrionXT 12"
Video's are captured in AVI, stacked using Registax6 and edited using CS4v11.
